While creativity behind the chair was her first love, she finds great fulfillment in mentoring and nurturing the careers of her talented team of stylists. Watching them grow, succeed, and build careers they are passionate about has become one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. Crystal is committed to fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration, where stylists feel empowered to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
Laura Bikman — Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist
Looking for a detail-oriented stylist with a holistic, artistic approach? Laura Bikman is a seasoned professional in Curly Hair, Long Layered Hair, high-end Makeup Artistry, and Bridal styling. With a background in theater and film, she emphasizes healthy, beautiful hair and specializes in advanced techniques for long, thick hair—including her signature Corset Cut with Laced Layering Technique©️.
Laura’s bridal services include personalized hair styling, clip-in extensions, and luxury makeup. She also offers hair color, blonding, long men’s cuts, and education. She is from Dallas, Texas and has loved her time in Utah. She has loved doing hair since she was a little girl. She is a good listener and will always have a positive outlook. She loves all things hair and is here to help you achieve your hair goals. After graduating from Paul Mitchell, Kaley chose to assist for a year to gain further knowledge and education in the salon. She values continued education so she can keep up with the trends and help you leave feeling beautiful and confident. She loves getting to know new people and would love to see you in her chair!
Liv—Stylist
Meet Liv!
Liv is an enthusiastic hairstylist dedicated to creating personalized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty. She has a special love for curly hair and dimensional brunette shades, focusing on thoughtful, detail-driven results that feel effortless and wearable. Outside the salon, Liv loves reading and going to the movies, and she brings that same creative energy into her work. Warm and approachable, she enjoys building genuine connections and helping every client feel comfortable, confident, and truly themselves in the chair.
Olivia—Stylist
Olivia creates effortless, lived-in styles that highlight each client’s natural beauty. While in cosmetology school in Arizona, she spent a year assisting, honing her skills in women’s cutting and advanced color techniques. With a passion for hair and a love for wellness, Olivia approaches every appointment with care for the whole client—using thoughtful products, techniques, and personalized care that support healthy hair and overall well-being. Committed to continued education, she continually explores new ways to provide the best experience and results. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, radiant, and truly cared for.
Daytona—Stylist
Daytona is a licensed cosmetologist from St. George obsessing over dimensional color, bright blondes, fresh cuts, and anything that lets her creativity shine. She loves creating customized looks that enhance her clients’ features and leave them feeling confident and refreshed.
Committed to continual growth, when Daytona is not behind the chair she works closely alongside a seasoned stylist through our salon assisting/mentorship program.
Her attention to detail and warm personality make every appointment feel comfortable and personalized.
When she’s not in the salon, you can find Daytona spending time with her husband or cheering on her favorite sports teams.
Carly — Stylist
Carly grew up in Ogden and has had a passion for hair for as long as she can remember. Inspired by watching her grandma work behind the chair, she knew early on that this was the path for her. She loves learning and is always looking for ways to improve herself and her skills.
She loves special occasion styling and customizing color, creating looks that help clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly themselves. Her goal is for every person who sits in her chair to feel valued, beautiful, and like their absolute best self.
When she’s not in the salon, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, going on walks, and treating herself to some ice cream.
Shannon— Stylist
With 13 years behind the chair, Shannon brings both experience and a genuine love for helping people feel confident and beautiful. As a mom of four, she understands how valuable it is to have hair that not only looks amazing but fits into real life.
When she’s not in the salon, Shannon is usually surrounded by plants or lost in a good book, both of which inspire her creative, detail-oriented approach to hair.
She specializes in gray coverage, dimensional brunettes, rich red tones, and soft, natural blondes. Her goal is always to create hair that feels effortless, lived-in, and uniquely you.
