Aspen Salon Policies

Late Arrival:

Clients who arrive later than 15 minutes will either be asked to reschedule (24-hr cancellation fees will still apply at 50% of service) or receive a shortened service. Service prices are not amended for shortened times.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. To help you with this we send out multiple appointment reminders in advance. We understand that life circumstances happen that are often out of your control, if you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know as soon as possible via text or phone call.

No-Show Policy:

In an effort to protect our stylists time, if you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

No Children at Appointments:

We love your children but they are ONLY allowed in the salon for their own hair services. This is for their safety and protection along with being courteous to our other salon guests. If children are brought to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and appointment cancellation fees will still apply (50% of service). We have morning, afternoon, evening and weekend appointments available to accommodate varying schedule needs.

Payment Policy:

We require a credit card to reserve all appointments at the salon. This credit card will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, and to process payments at time of service. You will always be notified before your card is charged.

Purchases on Products and Services:

We DO NOT give refunds on purchased products. If for some reason the product is not working out it may be eligible to exchange for another product we retail in the salon.

We DO NOT give refunds on our services. All colors, cuts, and perms are guaranteed for 1 week after the appointment time, as long as professional products suggested by your stylist are being used. During this period, if you feel there is a problem with the service-- that was caused by the stylist--you may return to the same stylist to have any necessary adjustments made, free of charge.

Right to refuse service:

We at Aspen Salon reserve the right to refuse service to any client or new customer, as deemed necessary.
